• The system comprises three main components: a high-pressure pump with complete hydraulic drive unit, a passivised stainless steel stripping unit, and a cooling tower. The high-pressure pump ensures 24-hour continuous stripping with zero downtime. The photosensitive emulsion and dyestuff in the screen are stripped through specially designed nozzles with high-pressure softened water.
• This waterjet technology not only makes each mesh 100% clean but also smoothens manual wrinkles and ensures that the physical characteristics of the nickel screen remain intact — making repeated use of screens feasible and eliminating the cost and hazard of chemical stripping.
