- Jetstar introduces a breakthrough in Computer to Screen systems with the launch of the Blue Ray Laser Rotary Engraver. A fibre-coupled array of 16/24/32/48/64 blue laser diodes is used for engraving images on the screen accurately. The total cost of ownership per engraved screen reduces considerably as no consumables are involved.
- Based on the accurate focusing and stability of the UV Laser System, Jetstar's Blue Ray Rotary Engraver can realise high-speed and high-precision screen making at a low cost. The automatic light intensity calibration and temperature control ensure consistent output across thousands of screens.
