• Jetstar introduces an easy-to-use Rotary Screen End Ring Fixing Machine compatible with all kinds of Rotary End Rings. The machine uses a series of linear bearings running on precision-ground guide shaft mechanisms mounted on a rugged solid structure.
• Two self-centred 4-jaw chucks firmly hold aluminium end rings while two middle-section base frames provide support to the rotary screen during end ring insertion. High-energy instant-heating Infrared Lamps are used in conjunction with a hot air blower, ensuring fast and perfect fixing of the end ring with the screen.
