• The Jetstar Inkjet Rotary Screen Engraver is a state-of-the-art offering combining the most advanced inkjet printing technology with a world-class motion mechanism. This inkjet engraving method is the fastest, cheapest, and most efficient method to produce the highest quality rotary screens for textile printing.
• The design separation file is loaded on the PC workstation using on-the-fly RIP software. The design is then jetted onto an unexposed pre-coated screen. The screen is constantly air-pressurised to keep it perfectly round. Once the image is formed, the screen is exposed via a built-in ultraviolet exposure system. After exposure, the ink and wasted emulsion are washed away with water and the screen is polymerised in a high-temperature oven — ready for production.
