• Mesh tension is the most important factor of screen printing — often overlooked and misunderstood by even experienced screen printers. The Jetstar Flatbed Screen Stretching Machine ensures optimal mesh tension, resulting in better print quality, proper registration, longer uninterrupted print runs, and fewer cracks and pinholes.
• Operated and controlled through a TOUCH SCREEN TERMINAL with a fully automated PLC-driven system. Predefined stretching limits for individual frame types and mesh widths ensure equal stretching in warp and weft directions. The design ensures no contact between frame and mesh during the stretching process.
• Within seconds, the stretching device can be continuously readjusted from the largest to the smallest possible screen size. Both manual and automatic operating modes are supported. Available in single-screen and multiple-screen variants.
